ATM — online one-to-one sessions (Parkinson's project)
Developed specifically for the Parkinson's pilot project: short online one-to-one sessions (about 30 minutes), several times a week, with no travel and no elaborate preparation. The framework of this programme is already in place and can start right away.

ATM — group class
In its original form, ATM (Awareness Through Movement) is a group class — guided movement sequences that you follow at your own pace and in your own range of movement, without comparing yourself to others in the room. A regular, weekly group class, open to all levels of experience.

Workshops & professional training for institutes and academies
As a cognitive scientist with my own Feldenkrais practice I bring both sides together: clearly presented background knowledge on embodiment, body awareness and somatic learning — for academies, associations and teams who want to deepen their professional foundation without fighting through specialist literature.

Applied courses — practice and theory alternating
In this course format, guided ATM sessions alternate with short theory inputs: why does this movement work? What happens in perception while it does? For everyone who wants not only to practise but also to understand what they are doing.

Together with my partner I offer a weekly class in which Feldenkrais movement and sound work come together — for everyone who wants to find calm and themselves through sound as well as movement.

One-to-one sessions — FI (Functional Integration)
FI is the most personal form of Feldenkrais work — hands-on, precisely attuned to you. I am currently still in training and offer FI sessions as practice sessions for now (by donation, not as a regular service).

Together with a team I am developing a format that combines Feldenkrais, sound and artistic expression — with the aim of opening up access to expression and a sense of self for people living with dementia, beyond words. The project is currently in its funding phase.
